Training session on The Prevention of Sexual Harassment (PoSH) at Workplace Act of India. The session, conducted by Hope On Foundation and led by Kakoli Roy, Founder and President of the organisation focused on empowering the staff of one of the corporate company in Gurgaon with the knowledge and tools necessary to define sexual harassment policies, establish prevention systems, and understand procedures and service rules. The training aimed to achieve the following objectives:
1) Define and articulate sexual harassment policies in alignment with the PoSH Act.
2) Establish robust prevention systems within the organizational framework.
3) Enhance participants' understanding of the procedures and service rules related to handling sexual harassment cases.
